The main prerequisite for the success of the project is the involvement of several sectors (construction, robotics, mechanical engineering, media) at several levels (small, medium and large private companies, public companies, research institutions, legislatures).<\/span><\/p>\n Managers of the existing road infrastructure in the Republic of Croatia are obliged to conduct annual inspections of structures. The technical staff performing the mandatory inspections are generally not well enough trained to notice significant structural defects. During the implementation of the ASAP project, workshops are planned through which the training, certification and confirmation of the ability of participants to conduct regular inspections of
